This Privacy Policy applies only to www.musiciancasting.com, and any other site operated by or for Musician Casting LLC (together, the "Websites" and "Applications"). It explains how we collect information from users of the Websites and how we use this information. Your use of the Musician Casting Websites or Applications signifies that you agree to this privacy policy and Terms of Use, which govern the basic operation of the Websites. Any disagreement over privacy is susceptible to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, you should immediately stop using or visiting the Websites and Applications.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information
When you view or login to Musician Casting LLC Websites, we may collect data that does not tell us specifically who you are. This is "Non-Personally Identifiable Information" Such as IP address, browser type, and the last domain you visited. There are few areas you can browse on Musician Casting Website and Application without releasing your personal information. When you create an account and register you are providing information that may be non-public information. There are required user profile fields that upon submitting to Music Professionals will be viewable by these accounts. For casting purposes these Music Professionals may contact user by phone, email, or mail. Musician Casting has no control over how Music Professionals use your information you submit to them. Musician Casting is not liable for any mistreated use of this information that is made public. As a user of this service you accept full liability of releasing your information to these Music Professionals. Therefore it is recommended to use caution on what you post in your user profiles. You acknowledge and agree that this personal information may be accessible to other users, who may be able to personally identify and locate you. You accept full responsibly and are aware of the risks in doing so. By registering and creating a "Musician and Crew" or "Music Professionals" account which will be accessible on the Musician Casting Website and Applications, you understand that you are choosing to provide and post personal information including, but not limited to your Name, Email, Address, Phone, Resume, Headshot, Video, Audio, and About Me section. Your profile may also be viewable by search engine and other third party websites. For your protection please do not post personal information such as Social Security numbers or financial information in your profile. Musician Casting is not liable for any of this released information.
USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Musician Casting Website and Application is designed to connect Musicians and Crew to Music Professionals such as (but not limited to) Management, Record Labels, Music Directors, and Agents. This gives Music Professionals complete access to your profile information and/or personal information. Because of this your information may be used, stored, or shared. We do not control or are responsible for how these users use your personal or profile information and do not background check or screen these Music Professionals. With your submission to gigs, like in a "public" forum, your information is completely accessible to these users you submit to. Therefore, there is no expectation of privacy when submitting to a gig or even just registering on Musician Casting Websites or Applications. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us directly and choosing to change or deactivate your account. We reserve the right to use your personal information to contact you regarding the services you requested. We also reserve the right to use your contact information to send you promotional information, third party products we find appropriate, updates, and newsletters. To opt out simply unsubscribe from these emails by contacting us or selecting "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email. Musician Casting may sometimes be required to provide your personal information to abide by US laws and we reserve the right to when we deem so appropriate. Information may also be disclosed to third party companies such as banking processing agents or institutions in order to process credit card transactions. We may also share your information with other third party services that help Musician Casting conduct business which may have different country laws including but not limited to Emailing List Services, Support Services, Customer Managements Services, and Analyzing Data Services. When you access the Websites on a mobile device, we may use the information for any purpose as illustrated in this Privacy Policy. We may use the information you give to us to create your user profile, customize your experience, our personal business use, or as otherwise explained in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, to monitor information you disclose and post to the Websites. We reserve the right to remove any material for any reason or no reason without limitation.

You agree to allow Musician Casting LLC 30 days to process any and all requests for data files, restriction, or removal, with a potential for an additional 60 days depending on subscription and current work load.
SECURITY INFORMATION
Musician Casting cannot ensure or warrant the security or privacy of any information posted or sent to us. We can make no guarantees in this regard, and you provide information to us at your own risk. We use a third party service for credit card processing and when you place a payment for our service your credit or debt card information is protected through the use of encryption via SSL Protocol. We can not guarantee the safety of any information translated on Musician Casting Websites or Applications as nothing is always absolute secure. Furthermore, Musician & Crews submissions to registered Music Professional users gives them the ability to view your information and there are inherent risks associated with any such "public" forum or service. Your use of our services indicates you agree to and accept this risk.
If you are using Musician Casting Websites or Applications from outside of the United States ("US"), your information will be held and processed in the US. By using our services you agree to have your information held in the US where the United states Data Protection Laws might not be as extensive as in your country.
MINORS
Musician Casting Websites and Applications are not for use to any minor under the age of 18 and we do not to knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from said minors. If a guardian believes that this site has collected Personally Identifiable Information of a minor under the age of 18, please contact us directly.
ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION
You can access and update your profile and personal information at any time in your account. You may contact us anytime if would like to receive your Personally Identifiable Information we have on file. Also please contact if you wish to update, edit, or delete this information. NEW PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2016. However, We may change this Privacy Policy at any time and reserve the right to do so. We are not required to contact you with personal notice of any changes to this policy. We reserve the right to require that you affirmatively accept any updated privacy policy, but your continued use of Musician Casting Website and Applications after any updated Privacy Policy has been posted confirms your accept all these changes. If you do not agree to any of the new terms, please discontinue use of all Musician Casting Websites and/or Applications.
CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT
We offer no refund for and service. You may cancel your month to month account at any time to avoid future payments. However doing so upon reactivation will require another setup processing fee. In order to do so simply contact us by email, phone, mail, or our online contact page. Pre-Paid accounts for 6 months or 12 months can be cancelled during their activation period but will receive no refunds.
